Roles & Responsibilities Insurance Administration- Place commercial insurance business Coordinate/Manage retail client insurance placements/cancellation Complete proposal forms as required Maintain transaction data entry Reconcile brokerage reports Follow up underwriting requirements Broker Assistant- Client Relationship Communications Issue Financial Services Guide Undertake client administrative enquiries Coordinate client invoicing Professionally answer and distribute incoming calls Service clients' ongoing advice requirements through calls and correspondence Follow-up calls to new clients and existing clients Office Maintenance/Management- Update WinBEAT software Service clients' ongoing advice requirements through calls and correspondence Maintain accounts receivable and payable Update and keep Communications Hardware Inventory records Marketing Management/Assistance- Maintain client database ---------------------------------------------- Insurance Broker Support- Maintain client schedule Support Director with ongoing client base Process business as and when required General Support and Administration- Conduct general office duties as required Prepare daily/weekly/fortnightly banking Information Technology Support and Management- Liaise with technology providers as required Be actively involved in Disaster Recovery Plan Ensure internet and network are operational at all times (liaise with IT providers) Ensure all software and hardware is maintained, operational and upgraded as required Upgrade authorised software applications within a week of receipt (Winbeat update) Insurance Advice- Coordinate client appointments Maintain client schedules of Insurance Conduct interviews with prospective and existing clients (including completion of data collection - Small to Medium Enterprise) Review and update client needs, objectives and financial situation Ongoing review and updates to all client documentation as required Claims- Commercial claims Overseeing Domestic Claims in conjunction with Compliance- Handle client complaints as required
