JOB DESCRIPTIONROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The role is expected to manage 247 environments and maintain excellent service levels Managing Ebiz/database administration activities for the supported environments.

Responsible for the system uptime and ensuring system runs at the optimum performance Ability to drive team to success by ensuring right accountability and right resource for each task .

Responsible for the growth of team members including appraisals & development plans Ownership of various processes such as Patching, Vulnerability Management Coordination with Oracle, Application Support team, Unix/Linux/storage, PMO group and other Application interface teams Ownership of Critical SRs .

Excellent Communication skills Generation of various reports for management team Delegation of work to ensure team development .

Creative Problem-Solving Escalation point for the optimization team Customer facing and ability to clearly explain technical matters.

Required Skills: Hands on experience on installation, configuration, upgrading, administrating, monitoring, troubleshooting, cloning, Patching, Backup and restore of Oracle application & databases Supporting R12 application & 11g/12C/19c Databases .

Performance Tuning of complex queries, ability to read execution plan and implement better solution Monitor, tuning and optimization of Oracle database systems Identify SQL design deficiencies and fix them.

Strong Understanding of database & Application architecture Knowledge of database wait events and tuning undesirable events Pl/SQL knowledge to identify and fix design issues .

Concurrent manager tuning Tuning of forms/reports Working on ticketing system and tool on production/development EBS Database/Application issues Perform Patching, cloning, taking backups, managing archives and regular maintenance activities EXPERIENCE .
