Roles and Responsibilities: Plot plan footprint, compressor general arrangement, compressor skid mech Equipment's full supply General arrangement for cooling oil console and footprint, lube oil console and footprint, process gas cooler skid and footprint, separator skid and footprint Piping, interconnecting piping & support for cooling water, process gas and lube oil Piping and interconnecting piping, interconnecting piping supports, loose auxiliary piping, loose interconnecting piping, loose manual valves Auxiliaries gas piping between different compressors, auxiliaries gas piping, air suction and gas exhaust valves and accessories Full supply for compressor skid, lube oil console, cylinder cooling console, frame lube oil/cylinder cooling common console, packing cooling console Mechanical project design summary, piping lines specifications, lube oil cooler data sheet, water cooler data sheet, lubricator Perform Technical Reviews Review process- 30%-60%-90% Handhold, guide & mentor the team to improve technical competency of the team Drive Knowledge Management, Continuous improvement & Productivity improvement initiatives Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience in an engineering position for Auxiliary System Engineering - Mechanical for Turbomachinery's Reciprocating Compressor in oil and gas/power sector.
More than 3 years of Experience in Reciprocating Compressor Designing in oil and gas/petrochemical/power sector Should be able to read P&IDs , Customer Specification Should be able to provide support on preparation of Equipment Specification / Datasheets, Purchase Specification Tools skill: Siemens NX10, AutoCAD & Team Center Should be able to prepare Project Scheduling, monitoring, and control, and maintain OTD and Quality of the Engineering documents, timely execution
