• Platform owner for Adviser/Trigger, Stakeholder communication, Escalation metrics, Capacity management & Forecasting, coordination with product team and development team for enhancement & release management

Planning

• Plan for global standard framework deployment
• Coordination with internal team ,technical partner & vendors
• Understand the business and be able to provide technology inputs to improvise the system, generate dashboards & reports for MIS

Support

• Enable process optimization with the help of automation
• Refine and automate regular processes, track and document issues and changes
• Ensure high level of performance, availability, sustainability and security of the production system

Impact You'll Make:

• Qualification: B.
  
  E in IT is preferable Product Management or a related field
• 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in IT service delivery and Handling production system with L1 and L2 Roles
• Flexibility to travel as needed
• Executive presence and assertiveness
• Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations
• Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills
• High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results
• Prior experience of managing and upgrading production system critical to business
• Experience on Redis ,Kafka & PostgreSQL, AWS will be added advantage
