Company: UST GlobalSkill: Azure Support EngineerEXP: 6 to 10 YrsNP: 0 to 15 Daysposition : PermanentLocation: BangaloreJob Description:The CIO's office at Merative is seeking Azure Support Engineers to oversee maintenance of and troubleshoot issues with the Merative Azure tenant and its integrations These engineers need to be cloud journeymen with effective communication and troubleshooting skills This team ensures our Azure environments are designed and operating effectively Essential duties and responsibilities: Regularly engage with stakeholders from Security, Networking, Platform engineering, Identity, Support, Help Desk Manage the resolution of incoming tickets to the L2 queue for Azure support in ServiceNow within defined SLAs Provide technical consultation and advisory to partner teams on Azure topics (e.
g, subscriptions, virtual machines) Contribute to the development and enhancements of Azure automation processes for support of BAU operations Work with the various stakeholders as well as audit and compliance teams to support risk assessments, audits, and reviews Job Requirement: Overall 8+ years' cloud engineering experience Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to clearly document risk and controls Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple assignments and adhere to strict guidelines Communicates clearly and succinctly whether in oral or written form; effectively communicates in a variety of settings - formal and informal; attentive and active listener; straightforward and composed Continuous learner Job Requirement: Skills Required: Part 1 Mandatory Skills
