• Participates in the strategic development and implementation of benefits, retirement and wellbeing strategy.
  
  
• Manages relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal resources to ensure that all plans are compliant with regulations and company policies
• Lead implementation and/or project manage implementation of new programs and/or plan design changes
• Analyze program utilization, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve effectiveness of existing programs
• Participates in peer and ERG groups to learn best practices and represent the company
• Support the development of all benefits, retirement and wellbeing communications
  • Good written communication skills (grammar, spelling, ability to proofread).
    
    
  • Understanding of communication strategy: messaging, style, branding, tactics
  • Able to organize and present content logically, and ensure completeness of content, and to maintain documents to keep current
• Ensures thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws
• SharePoint curator
  • Comfortable navigating SharePoint setup tools.
    
    
  • Familiarity with organization structure and functions to know who needs access
• Supports benefits processes such as renewal, survey participation, and tier 2 benefits query escalation
• Assists in creation of business cases for benefits implementation in Asia Pacific (market benchmark, research of legal requirements, cost estimations, etc)
• Provides strong customer service to relevant partners (eg.
  
  employees, internal partners, external vendors, etc)
