Planning and executing the sales targets Ensuring the sales closures along with the sales executives Responsible for generating business from the client with the help of team Expected to establish strong ties with them by designing & implementing their financial plans; and then by ensuring that they receive and execute on the right advice Responsible for handling team thereby helping and coordinating with the teams for acquiring HNI clients.
To ensure the motivation of the team, coordination between team members and working towards the organizational goal Takes ownership of the Employees' performance and retention Capable to handle the customer issues/ escalations effectively Good in the B2C saleSkills set required Need to have excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business goals and a strong understanding of customer service Should have experience in Sales and Marketing profile, preferably from of BFSI, NBFC, Insurance, and Timeshare Good with monitoring/evaluating the services their business provides, ensuring they are up to standard Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas Are people-persons, have excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of customer service Good with delegating and coordinating tasks among team Experience in direct sales is mandatory.
Excellent in Leadership Qualities Candidates worked into membership/ policy kind of sales will be preferable Candidate with English proficiency will be highly preferable Must be good in interpersonal relations Flexible to travel across state on average at moderate frequency if required.
