o Targeting HNI and Corporate clients for the brancho Competitors Analysiso Daily morning meetings and discussions with staffo Review of Performance based on various parameters ie.

Monthly review - Revenue peremployee, branch profitability, etc and Weekly review-volumes, brokerage, clientregistrations, etc (Equity, Commodity, & Distribution)o Organizing weekly Investor meets to increase client base HR Activities for Brancho Monthly training programs for staffs (Product related/ Communication Skills/Day-to-dayOperations/Risk Management & Compliance) for improving caliber.

o Organizing staff happiness activities like quiz, games, etc for motivating branch staffo Communicating to employees about the important matters concerning the Company andits Policieso Maintaining discipline in the Branch and ensuring complianceo Attend to employee grievances and maintain team spirit and camaraderie in the Branch Branch Operationso Monitoring branch activities like pay in/payouts/customer grievance, etc.
