POSITION SUMMARYThe Best Rate Guarantee associate will provide exceptional customer service support while processing, investigating and resolving electronic communications received primarily by email and chat from our guests They will work with applicable brands, following the BRG processes, quality and productivity standards and service levels as outlined Receive telephone calls and email messages concerning the BRG program, and provide an appropriate resolution using proper business etiquette Follow all company policies and procedures ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional maintain confidentiality of proprietary information protect company assets protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards anticipate and address guests' service needs assist individuals with disabilities thank guests with genuine appreciation.
