Professional Services @ LeadSquaredAt LeadSquared, the Professional Services team works on the solutions delivery on the CRM platform for our customers and own the implementation and onboarding of new clients vis--vis doing the enhancements for existing clients The Professional Services team plays critical role as it directly impacts revenue and customer satisfaction If you love to interact with customers globally and solve their problems with your expertise in solutioning and implementation, then you should certainly join this team!The Role: Understand customers' business needs and devises appropriate solutions using LeadSquared platform .

Understand the software and tools ecosystem of the Customer and come up with the best possible ways of Integrating with those software's to leverage the existing invest done by customer Work with customers in a consultative approach and suggest the industry best practices for the solution being implemented Execute the implementation plan: Make the customer live within the promised timeframe.

Be single point of contact for customer during implementation life cycle Regularly publish status to client and internal stakeholders on the project progress .

Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Support teams to ensure better service to customer Work closely with the product development team to share client feedback and for post-implementation reviews Track key metrics and KPIs related to implementation success.

Identify implementation areas that can be automated and work with the product or customer success teams to automate them Help in Upsell / cross-sell LeadSquared product or services wherever applicableRequirements: .

A bachelor's or master's degree engineering or technology 1-3 years of mandatory experience in Implementation of world class products Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/task simultaneously.

Hands-on on documentation and has good presentation skills Exceptional problem solving skills .

One should have a positive attitude and being eager to help customer as and when required Excellent written and oral communication skills Understanding of how cloud-based applications are delivered and consumed.

Understand of unique feature and challenges of SaaS applications Understanding of CRM implementation will be an added advantage .

Flexibility to travel at customer location as and when requiredExceptional critical thinking skills is a plus Focus on Timely execution of assigned projects and tasks .
