Job Description:
You will work as an entry level data or business analyst that can support multiple low to medium complexity customer-facing business reviews, service reviews, and ad hoc requests Automation will be leveraged to support more customers with limited macro and coding skills
Use existing processes and procedures to generate customer reports with expected level of accuracy in timely manner
Use more Automation, Simple to No Macro Needed to create reports
Maintain relationships with colleagues, business partners, other stakeholders
Have good working knowledge of processes and best practices and basic knowledge of the organization and offers to evaluate asks and gather support from peers
Identify opportunities for process improvements, development, and training
Qualification:
Working knowledge of the basic processes and activities needed to perform analytics and reporting for supported customers / offer base
Basic analytics, moderate MS office skills Using report templates in line with the scope
ITIL knowledge, or experience would be an advantage
Candidate must be a self-motivated individual that is dedicated to exceeding client expectations, be a team player and must possess advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and strong attention to details is a must
Very good skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are a must
Capable of solving low complexity issues, identifies areas for improvement, good time management, planning and prioritization
Transforming raw data into consumable information of visually appealing and meaningful presentations
Ability to learn on the fly and self-reliant
