Business Analyst Job In Avalon Software Services India Private Limited In Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana

Job Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst who is highly motivated, and flexible, the successful candidate will be working with the Presales Team to look at current process flows primarily operationally focused and understand where gaps or process improvements can be made The right candidate will report to the Senior Director Presales and work closely with our project teams in India and UAE to drive process improvements and drive new initiatives The candidate will be someone who can take on any kind of IT challenge, analyze it and find the optimal solution Business Analyst Responsibilities: Process transformation/development/re-design, change management and operational adoption Examine existing processes and evaluate them within the context of organizational goals & technology roadmap.

Ability to document process flows, end to end, and provide gap analysis from speaking with key SME and business stakeholders Complete full procedure documents in line with the platform changes Collaborates with other departments to develop, improve, and implement processes, policies, and procedures to drive synergies and business benefit Clearly articulate emerging issues with senior management and get buy-in for solutions/process challenges as required Maintains a high degree of creditability, independence, integrity, confidentiality, and trust across the team & business.

Support business readiness team in the operational roll out, training, or any additional tasks for project success Business Analyst Requirements: 6+ Years of experience in a similar role Worked in a diverse and complex environment with multiple stakeholders Effective communication (written and verbal), leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential Experience using organizational change management, transformation, facilitative leadership, and project management methodologies Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, influence, and work effectively with a broad cross-section of functional areas Highly proficient in MS Office applications especially PowerPoint, Visio and Project Analytical and problem-solving skills Data-driven approach Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and an ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner Able to operate successfully in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment About Avalon: Avalon Software Services is a fast-growing Multi-National Company providing Software Solutions, Software Services, and Managed Services across the USA, Canada, UK, Middle East, and India Avalon is an Oracle Gold Partner specialized in Oracle Cloud, EBS, and Peoplesoft Applications
