Looking for a Business Analyst - Pharma Commercial to help on the daily operation activities, and using data analytics to identify problems, weaknesses, trends, and opportunities Main areas to support: Data, Reporting, CRM This resource will serve as a primary SME of Pharma Commercial Data and System operations Point of contact for business in case of data issues (1st level of analysis), new queries In charge of analyzing pharma commercial data as professionally and effectively as possible On a regular basis, this resource will have to follow-up (monitor and track) and coordinate activities with Global Support and Operation teams Responsibilities: Work with the Pharma Commercial Business stakeholders on capturing requirements related to Data, Reporting and Veeva CRM Work with Global DWH and BI teams on the incidents and improvements related to Data and Reporting Support Business stakeholders to build relevant and accurate queries that will serve to build/improve dashboards Proactively monitor and maintain Data and Reporting and ensure data accuracy and integrity Point of contact for data requests, inquiries, ad how queries (investigate and collaborate with all parties to resolve any issues or requests) Document the work and use shared repositories in a structured and comprehensive way Excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Strong SQL knowledge essential to bucket data and create adhoc queries for the stakeholders Understanding of database and analytics technologies in the industry Knowledge of Veeva CRM is a huge plus Minimum 3 years of experience as business analyst
