The Supply Chain offshoring journey has started in D&S, Service Delivery Catalogue is taking form and other areas within Product Supply can soon join or add to the Catalogue to optimise costs and reduce complexity by operating an effective supply chain The Position As a Business Analyst the key responsibilities to fulfil -SAP Integration, you will be responsible for Act as ambassador on behalf of line of business in areas production and warehousing Bridge the gaps between local line of business and global IT functions Be part of the governance for the current IT solution including administrative tasks and ensure systems and processes are used as intended Drive, contribute and support tasks related to PS@SAP roll-out in production.
Challenge and improve existing template design and functionality in Production Work together and share tasks with the ARSU Analyst Coach, grow and develop the resource (ARSU - Area Responsible Super User) Drive and support solving the issues across process, system and organisation.
Drive change requests and work closely with GBS IT colleagues in release related activities such as clarifying exact requirements, testing and training Drive and implement continuous improvements within the production area Act as SME/architect in Supply Chain projects in own area of responsibility Contribute to and develop area strategies for Production Execution
- Support ARSU Chairs and ARSU Chair Delegates in securing a global standardised PS@SAP production, WH and GBT solution within processes, systems and data harmonised across therapy areas in Product Supply's factories.
- In agreement with ARSU Chairs/Delegates lead, design, drive and implement continuous improvements within production globally across SVP areas to achieve our Supply Chain mission and our area strategies
- Manage process for changes (CRQs) Responsible for / support to ARSU Chair/Delegates in issue resolution across process, system, and organisation and for defining how to implement the required optimal NN business processes end-to-end (LEAN systematic problem solving and continuous improvement
- Ensure a high level of understanding of data integrity relevance for Production, WH and related Master Data Contribute to area strategies for Production Execution and develop project proposal for roadmap within a 3-to-5-year horizon.
- Contribute to sharing of best practises across areas and site, and successful anchoring of the process confirmation findings Ensure Intended Use KPI reporting and follow-up Drive and support development of new KPIs and optimised reporting methods (eg, through Alteryx/Tableau).
Qualifications Production Engineer, Cand Merc or other relevant Supply Chain education
- Min 4-6 years of experience and expert knowledge in SAP PP/PP-PI and LE (Logistics Execution) including global implementations
- Min 4-6 years' experience working with end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
- Experienced with Lean principles and agile ways of working
- Experience with SAP/MES interfaces and SAP GBT is preferred, ideally in pharmaceutical industry
- Strong overall Manufacturing and Supply Chain IT-knowledge and experience
- Excellent understanding and experience with working in multicultural and global working environment
- Experienced and skilled communicator at all organizational level and custom to communicating with both end users and managers.
- Deep understanding of overall principles, systems and related processes - can navigate within and outside boundaries of the system
- High competencies within stakeholder management, facilitation and coaching
- Experience from pharmaceutical industry is preferred
