Business Development Officer Job In Pan Oleo Energy Limited In Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities: Directly supervise the Marketing including territory officers Develop the business sales and marketing strategy Focus on Business Expansion Carryout sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management Frame strategies on scaling up the business Carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases Research and identify new business opportunities and also find new ways to reach customers in existing markets Generate leads and cold call prospective customers Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone Develop relationships with customers/clients Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.

Contribute to the company's strategic planning process Grow sales profitability across channels by prioritizing and capturing new customers, and by growing and maintaining revenues with existing customers This will involve assessing and managing customer profitability Work closely with Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure Sales and Marketing's successDesired Skills & Competencies Experience working with commodities and/or the energy industry is a plus.

Proven experience in growing revenue Proven ability to build a strong sales team across a wide geography and complicated product and service line Experience in 'building brands' with a customer focus is a plus Proven negotiation skills Demonstrated advanced knowledge/application of MS Office Exceptional time management skills.

Must have valid driver's license Preferred candidates with more than 2 years of senior sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environment Should be proficient in English, Tamil
