About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to enable Business Support activities across platform suite within CIBIn this role, you will:

• Monitor Jira Service Desk Support Ticket Queue
  • Assign tickets to corresponding Production Support teams
  • Escalate tickets to Enterprise teams where necessary (EIAS, LWFS, etc)
  • Actively update ticket notes until issue is resolved
• Act as the first line of defense for issues submitted to the Jira Service Desk Support Ticket Queue
  • Perform basic support tasks (Review NAS Drive folder, Review UiPath Orchestrator logs, communicate with development teams, etc)
  • Engage the Production support teams for issues that cannot be resolved internally
• Submit ServiceNow Tickets for all issues that involve RPA Production Support
• Monitor Jira Service Desk Intake Queue
  • Assign Tickets to corresponding Automation Leads
  • Communicate to Automation Leads when & who submitted an intake submission
  • Schedule meetings with the business where necessary
• Monitor all 'In-Progress' Jira Service Desk Opportunities
  • Ensure all necessary sub-tasks are completed for each issue
  • Track which issues have upcoming delivery dates and communicate to Automation Leads issues that will potentially miss a delivery date
• Monitor and maintain access to Power BI dashboards
• Monitor and maintain access NAS Drive locations
• Review and update Delivery Model Confluence site
• Update and refine confluence site to look more professional
• Create and track requests
  • Service Account creations
  • AD Group creations
  • AD Group access
  • VDI provisioning
• Document process for accessing all CIB IA technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Resource should have experience triaging and supporting technology solutions in Production
• Resource should have a good understanding of RPA tools
• Resource should have a good understanding of Power BI
• Resource should have a good understanding of data feeds (SQL queries, APIs, static files, etc)
• Resource should have an OK understanding of BPM / workflow tools
• Resource should overall have a familiarity of all IA technologies that our team leverages
