4 Work Experience: 

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in BFSI Sector with 5 years’ experience in Auto Loans The candidate should also possess 3 Years of experience at Senior / Head level position in retail credit vertical preferably in handling Auto loan portfolio

5 Compensation: Remuneration will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications, experience and overall suitability for the post, and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates.

6 Nature of Engagement: Contractual Engagement, extendable at the option of the Bank

7 Tenure of Engagement: 3 years with quarterly/yearly performance review
