CPM is one of the teams within Enterprise Risk Architecture [ERA] which is instrumental to perform Business Management activities for within Risk Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager Date: 31st March 2023 Department: Transversal IT Location: Mumbai -Goregaon Business Line / Function: Risk Change and Performance Management Reports to: (Direct) Lead : Change and Performance Management Grade: (if applicable) - (Functional) Number of Direct Reports: None Directorship / Registration: NA Position PurposeThe purpose of this role is to have one point of contact to perform all business management activities within Risk IT It will be an Individual Contributor role who would be responsible to manage ,co-ordinate and drive all Business Management activities [Detailed below ] Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities
  • HC/MY tracking
    • Understand and maintain the HCP file on Sharepoint This should be the base for all people working in the department
    • Track cost center movement through the file
    • Monthly update to HR / VMO for CC movement
  • Joiner / Leaver tracking
    • Dates to be maintained as part of HCP
    • For DOJ, liaise with Recruitment team for perm joiners and VMO for Contractors
    • Leavers data to be gathered from team managers and maintained as part of HCP
  • Cost centers management
    • Understand Capitalized and Non Capitalized Cost Centers
    • Create / Update as per guidelines from management
    • Cost budgeting and tracking through cost centers
    • To be managed as part of HCP for every member
  • Non FTE budget tracking
    • Cash Budget - Track through a file maintained at the department level
  • Regional budget tracking
    • Maintain and track for different locations (APAC)
    • To be presented to stake holders on need basis
  • Invoice management / review
    • Review all the invoices for the department for cost tracking (especially software, hardware, cash)
  • Track updates to Dept budget (FTE / Non FTE)
    • All updates to budget to be tracked at a department level and reported to stake holders as needed
    • HC/MY to be kept up-to-date for the department as per changes in the budget
  • Data presentation to stake holders
    • Various dashboards generation
    • Articulate the status with facts and numbers
    • Ensure Data Reconciliation with ISPL
  • Clarity Maintenance / Updates (including OBS)
    • Ensure Clarity live to be up-to-date at all times
    • Ensure appropriate forecast for each team
    • Ensure correct OBS is maintained for each team
Contributing Responsibilities
  • Timely contributions to other transversal initiatives within Transversal IT department when required
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
  • Strong interpersonal skills -Able to interact with people at all levels of the business, a good team player with an ability to multi task with effective time and priority management.

  • Strong Power point skills -Can come up with visually strong power-point presentations
  • Advance Excel -Can create pre-defined templates in excel with in-built formulas as required and also automate wherever possible
  • Good in verbal and written communications Adapts quickly and is able to independently manage /co-ordinate with different teams and get the desired results
