About The Role: The City Head will lead a certain portion of B2B partner acquisition, partner lead generation and prospect management along with garnering and meeting with potential partners HUDLE partners are sports venues, educational institutes with sports facilities and private sports facilities The City Head will be expected to take complete PnL & operational responsibility for the region they are allocated The candidate must be industrious, a first principal thinker, integral in approach, and highly coachable Leadership qualities and willingness to learn are highly desirable.
Responsibilities: Identifying, qualifying, and securing business/partnership opportunities Building business relationships with current and potential partners Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow partners Complete ownership of PnL & operations for the region they are allocated Developing customized and targeted business development strategies Understand the technology and give demos of the same to the prospective partners Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential partnersResearch potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources Closing deals and working with partners through the closing process Collaborating with management on business goals, planning, and forecasting Managing a team of Partner Growth Executives to ensure smooth operations Coordinating with partners to ensure inventory is managed properly Develop marketing strategies to increase sales at venues listed on Hudle Requirements & Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English and Hindi) along with experience in leading teams to achieve business goals Graduation in any specialization Experience in startups/managing small teams is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Self-motivated and willing to learn Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
