Designation: Business ManagerDepartment: HOReporting To Founding Team / ManagementLocation: MumbaiPeople Manager: No JOB BRIEF:The Business Manager (BM) will provide high-level support to the CEO / Founding team and other key Management Personnel The BM therefore serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects The BM must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in diverse situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities ROLE OBJECTIVE: Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive Cross functional projects
• Research
• Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
• PowerPoint presentations, Key Proposals, Important reports, special project report and other documents in support of objectives for the organization
• Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by Founding Team
• Prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings as may be appropriate.
  
  
• Participate in Customer / Stakeholder Meetings as and when needed
• Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters
• Represent the company and key Management Team personnel in a positive light
• Conserve key Management team's time by reading, researching, collecting and analysing information as may be needed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• MBA in Finance preferred / Graduate in Any Stream
• Experience: 0-2 years (MBA) / 4-5 years (Graduate with expertise in Finance) of related experience required in working in a Project Manager role supporting C-Level executives
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  
  
• Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings
