Business Operations Associate Job In Arrow Electronics India Private Limited In Gurgaon / Gurugram, India

• Order Management Support / End-to-End Support in Business Operation
• Creation of Orders (Sales Order / Purchase Order) Internal Application
• Creation for customer/vendor in internal/EBS application
• Order Amendments (Sales Order / Purchase Order (EBS))
• Adhere to the SOP / Compliance guidelines in the assigned work process
• Team collaboration
• Process improvisations

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Order management.
  
  
• Order Management experience in handling day-to-day workload
• On hand working experience on ERP tool (EBS)
• End-to-End Supply chain process knowledge
• Ensuring an appropriate flow in compliance with SOP
• knowledge of expedite / Warehouse Support
• Customer service Knowledge with Vendor Management Inventory Process.
  
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, PPT preparation, and presentation skills
• Working experience on Power BI tool and analytics
• Should be forthcoming and manage independently
• Able to communicate effectively with internal/external parties
• Fluent in communication in English (Communication & Verbal).
  
  
• Open to work in rotational shifts (Including night)
• Acceptance to work on all National and Public holidays
• Any full-time graduates
