The PositionPosition Title: Business Process Manager (Source-to-Pay)Location: MumbaiReports to: Chapter Lead Business Process ManagementPURPOSE OF THE JOB

• The Business Process Manager - Procurement Master Data is responsible for the specific end-to-end business process and the associated systems / solutions
• The Responsibility includes the business process strategy, the business process design and the business process governance
• In this context, the job holder manages global/local (sub-)projects with the aim of introducing, optimizing or replacing business processes or applied business applications
• Advising the Business Process Owner, the Business Process Specialists and Local Key-Users is also an important part of the role in order to establish processes during ongoing operations

KEY TASKS OF THE JOB (MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES):1) Management of Business Processes and Solutions Business Process Strategyo Responsible for the implementation of business processes and applications in alignment of the E2E Business Process Owner and other BPMs, with a strong focus on the needs of customers in the area of Procurement Master Datao Responsible for holistic solution delivery including processes, technology, analytics for own area, in line with the BPM strategy & guardrails and continuous improvemento Mainly responsible for generating ideas and driving the BPM / IT roadmap for her/his own area Business Process Designo Responsible for global state-of-the-art process design/redesign within his/her business process area as part of the End-to-End processo Mainly responsible for achieving lean processes and solutions, with maximum global standardization and harmonization for her/his responsible area Business Process Governanceo Mainly responsible for the prioritization, justification and realization of important user stories / change requests according to stakeholder requirementso Ensuring that process execution is robust and established as a way of working (eg.

by monitoring process compliance)o Ensuring the documentation of the process requirements and the implementation through Standards and Guidelines2) Project Management and Support Management of small to medium-d projects in the area of responsibility with appropriate use of resources, including planning, control and monitoring of project activities and technical guidance of small project teams Responsible for achieving project objective and solving problems (Co-)Develops the project plan and adapts it independently.

Coordinates the tasks and responsibilities of team members and ensures the flow of information between team members (this may involve external service providers) Contribution to partner projects in the form of advice and support/guidance for own process area as a BPM Ensures regular coordination with all relevant stakeholders, informs about the project status and prepares information3) (Local) Key-User Support Ensuring continuous support of local Key-Users, End Users (if required) with process problems and questions during and after the transfer Carry out problem analyzes for a sustainable elimination of the root cause.

Excellent understanding of Procurement and related Business processes Ability to identify business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements Good understanding of business applications (eg.

SAP MDG-S, GEP SMART, SAP MM), cloud solution setups, and application change management Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines High willingness to take personal responsibility, can-do mentality Logical thinker, able to own, investigate and resolve problems, incidents & issues, resourceful and creative with the ability to work calmly and effectively.

Good project management expertise and knowledge of common project methods Basic knowledge and experience in software implementation methodologies including Agile or Waterfall Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis, and organization skills.
