Job DescriptionAs a Care Manager, you will- Report to the AGM- HL Care Responsible for handling entirely to the allotted cities where the business is operated related tocare Coordinate with the care executive from the escalation point of view and ensure the ticket raisedby the customer has been resolved Ensure that the ticket is resolved within ticket TAT with the coordination of the warehouse, factoryand care executive Check regularly if there is no repetition of issues from the same customer.

Maintain and gather reviews from the customers and social media appreciation Ensure that there is an in-flow of referrals and orders from the existing customers to whom theservices have been provided, thus maintaining the revenue Record the expenses of the allotted city and make sure that all the expenses are within thebudget Prepare and maintain a report for the respective cities Ensure the performance of the care executive is satisfactory and the work has been done as perHomeLane standards.

The role includes 5% - 10% of travel to the factory and warehouse in order to ensure that theproducts are dispatched on timeJob Requirement Minimum graduation preferably Btech Minimum 5 years of professional experience Should have technical skills and knowledge of modular.

Good communication skills Excellent people management skills and customer handling skills Work location is respective city office Working days- 6 days per week with Sundays off
