Job DescriptionPosition Title: Category/ Business Manager- Healthy Eats/ SnacksNotice Period: 0- 30 DaysLocation: Mumbai/Hyderabad/BangaloreMain Duties and Functions: 1 Responsible for driving marketplace growth for the healthy snacks category such as - oats, millets, soups, meal bars, meal shakes etc) keeping in mind the consumer and competition 2 Owning P&L for the relevant category /brand across marketplaces and ensuring achievement of targets and gross margins in alignment with business goals.

Management of topline and bottom-line, product returns and inventory mix 3 Build focused efforts to protect the base business & incremental business across online and offline channels at sub category/SKU level 4 Identify broader trends and fill category gaps.

Researching, analyzing data and market insights for the category to double down on the winning SKUs Process development, operational planning to support forecasting and new launches 5 Owning up the new launch planning for the set of accounts and deliverables which includes projected volume built up, launch support ie.

consumer offers/marketing activities at each account (E-com +Offline) 6 Managing the rolling forecast & help demand planning team with updated forecasting for supply-chain management 7 Communication & Engagement with the respective Client Account Managers 8.

Should have prior experience or enough knowledge & confidence to manage merchandising operations, inbound planning, cataloging monitoring & discount monitoring 9 Should drive visibility plans, and promotion plans and coordinate the same between the marketing team & category team 10 Close coordination with offline sales team to drive trade activations.

Experience Needed: 5-11 Years (prior experience in FMCG/ Food/ D2C/ E Commerce/ Quick Commerce Qualification: Graduation + MBA/ BMS with specialization in Marketing skills Solid knowledge of Category Management, Marketing and sales principleUnderstanding of data analysis and forecasting methods Excellent communication and people skills.
