Job Description

• Responsible e for managing all aspects of auditor work assignment, routes to use and allocation of time to work in specific activities
• Secures compliance of the business rules, market rules, resources rules and establishments rules in the preparation of the work plans
• Coordinates with other IO COEs and departments the provisions of all the inputs to execute his work as well as on time delivery of the working plans
• Aligns and coordinates with IO COE functional teams and other business units that all inputs and processes are received and executed respectively according to timelines
• Analyzes the plans to make recommendations for improvement and efficienes as well as can execute plans for forecasting future needs and possible changes
• Trancks plans for non-compliance to understand causes and when corresponds to adapt adjust plans
• Ensures all the work is completely planned complete in the time requested by the activity business
• Complies with security levels and data protection protocols
• Communicates when UI issues appear that do not allow the processes to continue properly, and give follow up to them by raising tickets until solution is applied
• Defines/Creates/Mainteins clusters which are the 'logistics'areas that allocates stores and auditors, looking for lower costs with maximum operational efficiency
• Notify status, requirements, activities an close of the current collection period IO COE Departments and QCT
• Ensure and improve the accuracy, consistency and quality of the data collected, and productivity of the Auditor through an optimal Collector Definition
• Track plans for non-compliance to understand route causes
• Ensure E2E operating process flow is completely planned complete in the time requested by each activity business
• Generate KPI's and follow support to ensure of a ompliance plans- Certify Auditors with input from Sr Auditors Train and certify QCTEs
• Ensures accurate data in all relevant CDAR modules
• Processes new resources / new project / new audit information (in appropriate C-DAR tool)
• Maintans existing resources / project / audit information (in appropriate C-DAR tool), including resource requirements (human & tools)
• Coordinates with SME or Collection team the upload of appropriate training documents to the system / training module including translations
• Creates/Maintains Master Catalogs, which are master files that are created and loaded during the set-up and maintained by the user during the production
• Get Historical data and IMDB refresh from Hub team
• Creates/Maintains Work Orders/JOs which contain the (internal/external) client requirements, and ensures the specifications are correctly captured
• Maintains standardization & synergy in the instructions created for the field
• Accountable for the Collector Definition set up which contains the collection specifications and rules to be apply during the auditing process

• Process (performance) management & BPI skills
• CDAR modules knowledge
• Knowledge of Nielsen products, and other functions
• Strong networking skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams
