VAM Systemsis a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Servicescompany VAM Systems is currently looking for Channels Product Owner (Enterprise) for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions: Technical skillsRequired: Essential skills in order to be successful in the role Strong expertise in product management for mobile apps / Dealer apps / B2B Portal / Web in a large B2C or B2B environment Worked extensively with agile product delivery methodologies Hands-on experience with product definition and story creation Knowledge of the telecom industry and emerging technologies Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage and coordinate the work of others, both internal staff and external agenciesDesirable: Advantageous but not necessary Experience with Design Thinking and User Centric Design methodologies Experience in global and/or domestic telecom services or digital players Experience working in cross-functional projects Experience working in large scale transformation projects Qualifications Required education, minimum work years experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration or Telecom Engineering Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience with at least 8 years in marketing (preferably in the Telecom industry) 5 years of line management experience engaged with commercial and technical teams At least 5 years of experience in product management Role scope Milestones, Responsibilities, Deliverables Key deliverables: D1 - Create end to end detailed end user flows for the journeys that can be used in all assisted and unassisted channels (Customer App / Web / B2B Portal / Dealer App / Unified Workplace) D2 - Create, prioritize, and manage the user story map and backlog D3 - Create a user story roadmap, aligned with Journey Product Owners for the upcoming and future Enterprise releases D4 - Provide delivery plan for UX and User story completion to support the execution plan for phased roll out Milestones: M1 -Channel Requirements defined (Blueprinting & Design closure) M2 -Channel launch testing completed and 'launch approvals' received M3 -Channel roadmap / backlog delivered M4 -Handover into BAU completed Responsibilities: Lead on one or more assisted /unassisted channels Be the single point of contact for the partner stakeholders & internal teams related to the assigned channel Align, review and approve the user stories and UX with key stakeholders Defines and develops core KPIs to measure channel performance in close co-operation with the Ignite Digital Insights Team Ensures optimal operational efficiency through the use of out-of-the-box functionalities and by maximizing reusability Deploys customer feedback cycles to drive product development and enhancement Role purpose Business: Advanced business capabilities, new revenue streams, new business models, enabling business autonomy, time-to-market, Technology: Resilient and flexible IT architecture, Innovation & adoption of emerging technologies, vendor partner effectiveness, Organization: Agile way of working, empowered teams and a collaborative culture, a results-driven culture where accountability is key, and a process-driven organization based on a high degree of automation Terms and conditions Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days) The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE Should yoube interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest at joinus(at)vamsystemscom
