Chief Platform Architect Team Lead Java Microservices Job In Templet On Global Services Private Limited In Chandigarh, Remote

• Contribute to next generation platform architecture vision, drive and own multiple technology initiatives for brigning platform vision to life
• Ensure platforms are designed to scale, availability and performance using microservices architecture and as per API first design principles
• Review and recommend improvements to operational process and procedures utilizing Automation
• Implement best practises to ensure security and availability
• Maintain technical documentation ,architecture references , change management and reporting
• Responsible for debugging technical issues inside a complex stack involving spring boot microservices, containers, cloud services, etc Platform code reviews and drive code optimization through refactoring and other best practices
• Create and deliver on the long term road map for engineering efficiency
• Mentoring other jr solution lead in the organisation with tech technology perspective Offer expert advice on non functional requirements such as scalability and performance

• BE, Btech , MCA/MSC
• Experience leading a team to 5 10 developers

• Minimum 8+ yrs of experience in product focused modern tech company
• Deep and wide experience in security, scale , design and architecture, AP, cloud Infrastructure, tooling and multiple framework
• Strong experience building products with microservices based approach Superior background in transforming existing applications & coming up with a microservices based architecture
• Strong technology migration experience

• Strong hands-on experience in JAVA
• Experience in messaging queues like RabbitMQ & Kafka
• Experience in working with SQL and nonsql databases and performance tuning
• Knowledge CICD tools like Jenkins and end-to-end automated testing
• Experience with AWS services implementation of spring boot microservices in the cloud
• Experience implementing containerized applications with dockers and kubernetes for container orchestration
• Experience with observability framework such as Prometheus ,ELK and Grafana for logging , monitoring and distributed tracing
• Experience with frontend technologies JSframeworks/ mobile development
• Excellent communication and technology documentation skills
• Demonstrated technology thought leadership
• Self starter and self learner
• Familiar with best practices and test automation
