Compliance Analyst Job In Trafigura In Mumbai, India

Main Purpose:This role involves the verification of Counterparties for any sanctions with whom the company will deal in the future It also involves in Verification of KYC documents and opening of counterparties in the system The role involves significant communication with Operators, Traders and other DepartmentsKnowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

• Graduate with KYC knowledge
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Flexible with work in shifts
• Team player with good communication skills - verbal and written
• Fast learner and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment
• Flexible attitude and self-motivated

• Good understanding of Microsoft office programs
• Compliance knowledge including anti money laundering procedures
• KYC background

Key Relationships and Department Overview:Key Responsibilities

• Complinet Screening: To resolve names as per sanctions to be rated false ,positive or possible
• KYC Counterparty Approval: To review and resolve KYC requests, including screening for any compliance risks BOSA Report : Weekly report that is used to track trades that have been done before the KYC approval
• Changed Counterparty Report : Tracking the counterparty names that have been re-allocated in the system
• Suspended Counterparties: Track the counterparty names with whom Trafigura hasn't traded for the past one year
• Review third party payment relationships to ensure no money laundering risk
• Administer anti-fraud payment controls
