Roles & Responsibilities: 1Plan and prepare the communication related to several employee experience surveys for all affiliates of ALJ 2Launch Engagement and employee experience surveys for all affiliates of ALJ 3Collect and analyse engagement & experience feedback data and present key results and insights to management of different affiliates of ALJ 4.
Coordinate with HR leaders for employee experience surveys, insight generations and action plan completion 5Coordinate and monitor the engagement action plan implementation across different affiliates of ALJ 6Provide support in planning, execution, and completion of employee engagement initiatives 7.
Act as advocate and SME for survey engines, analytical tools used by employee experience team 8Preparing forms, reports, dashboards, and tracking tools for better implementation of departmental projects 9Provide support in designing of courses and communication material to enhance employee engagement and continuously track Attitude, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: 1.

Excellent knowledge of different data analytical techniques using BI tools like Qualtrics (preferable) 5Fair knowledge of different HR functions such as talent acquisition and onboarding, talent development, learning & development, performance management, etc 6Basic knowledge of project management 7.
Proven experience of either leading or working in survey management and data analysis sphere for at least 2-3 years 8Excellent survey designing skills 9Excellent data analytical and presentation skills 10Excellent tracking, monitoring and execution skills 11.
Very good stakeholder management and project management skills 12Great communication skills Education & Working Experience: 1Preferable :At least, Bachelors in organization psychology, or HR, or data analytics, or any other bachelor's degree with required knowledge, skills and abilities 2Experience : at least 6-7 years of overall experience with at least 3-4 years survey management and data analysis, insights generation, and recommending solution based on data.
3At least 3-4 years of experience in employee experience
