The Content Analyst role is within Deals Content team responsible for collection, maintenance, analysis and dissemination of high quality information The role involves providing clients with data related to Mergers and Acquisitions, Public Equity Offerings and Private Equity The analyst would be responsible for researching and collecting relevant data and ensuring the data is provided in a timely and accurate manner The individual will be required to support the team in day to day production tasks along with handling content queries and other requirements like projects and cleansesThe position is offered on local terms and will require working in shifts.

The position will report to the Team Leader, DealsEssential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:o Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databaseso To research, source and collect information from various sources - such as Companies Filings, Amendments, Press Releases, external news sources or announcements made by the companyo Ensures data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per company standards for their covered product/marketo Basic knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.

o Makes recommendations for process improvements to immediate managero Works independently within defined area, taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledgeo Adhere to change control procedures, Content Operations standards and current data policies and proceduresCompetencies & Required Skills :o Knowledge on Financial Markets,o Professional attitude, Good Team skills, Ability to work independently and strong attention to detailso Proficiency in speaking and writing French and Englisho Basic Computer knowledge is mandatoryo Working knowledge of Word and Excelo Ability to use in-house database (training will be provided)o Ability to use the Internet in an effective and appropriate mannero Communicate by email in a coherent and professional manner.
