Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a Senior Content Writer(Beauty), who understands the beauty and skincare industry Would work with the Core team to develop and execute the brand communication and content strategy Should also understand content from an e-commerce-first perspective Developing and executing a content marketing strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the brand Collaborating with the marketing team to identify target audience segments and create content that resonates with them.

Managing a team of writers, editors, and other content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including the company website, social media, email marketing, and others Collaborating with the product development team to create product-specific content that highlights the features and benefits of the brand's products Analyzing metrics and data to track the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and optimize future campaigns Keeping up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and best practices, and applying them to the brand's strategy Working with external agencies and partners as needed to produce and promote content.

Managing the content calendar and ensuring that all content is delivered on time Collaborating with the sales team to develop content that supports the brand's sales efforts Mentoring and training junior team members as needed Qualifications for this role might include: A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field At least 4 years of experience in content marketing or a related field.

Strong writing and editing skills Should be very passionate about skincare and should be willing to write as well as check content written for products, websites, blog and other brand communications as and when required Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
