• Understand the current process, do gap analysis and suggest process improvements
• Take ASM/RMs dealers visit report as a reference and identify areas of improvement related to Customer Experience / SOPs and follow up with ASM/RMs for closure of the
• To act as a bridge between the Dealer, Field team and various HO departments for sharing of feedback / continuous improvement to enrich CX
• Analyse & Support data requirements of the Plant, and technical team
• Devise dealership reward and recognition schemes related to CX and monitor the performance of the same
• Follow-up with dealers on soft campaigns execution & implementation
• Updates from plant to field team, and dealers in terms of advisory training & support material
• Poor performing dealers process audits
• Organise customer meets at dealerships
