Dear All,Greetings of the day !!!We have an urgent opening for Customer Service executive in a MNC company for Hyderabad LocationAs discussed with you, here is the Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate should be highly soft spoken and ready to work in customer support CustomerService Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons and makeoutbound calls to customer answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide informationRoles and Responsibilities:- Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients Answer calls professionally to provide information about Doctor schedule, hospital services,book and cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints,and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM Associate must reply to those queries in a set format Responsible to book the doctor appointments on a web portal Handle all the complaints of customers and pacify them Taking follow-ups from management for the complaints and feedback closure.
