Overview of the role:Laundryheap is an on-demand laundry and linen service with a mission to deliver great service within 24-Hours! What do we do We collect your laundry, clean it, pack it, and deliver it back to you! To lessen the impact on our planet, we also have a fleet of electrical and eco-friendly bikes for our couriersWe are currently looking for a Customer Service - Quality Coach in our Customer and Partner Operations department to join our fast-growing team at our office in Bangalore, IndiaTHE ROLE:Reporting to the QA Manager, the Customer Service - Quality Coach will be responsible for assuring that all quality and compliance are up to standards for the Customer and Partner Operations departmentThe job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop/implement a Quality Assurance system to review a subset of our customer service associates' conversations (emails & live chat, etc) & performance
  • Assess customer service interactions based on internal quality standards that you help develop and maintain, and initiate plans for corrective actions across all channels (including training and onboarding programs).

  • Understand the key drivers of customer satisfaction, identify opportunities, and determine strategies to improve overall service
  • Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback & explain it to our associates in regular meetings
  • Ensure high standards of tone and language in all written and verbal communications to all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Review of internal documentation
Required Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, impeccable spelling, and grammar.

  • Experience in the customer service space, with hands-on experience in quality assurance
  • Great people skills and ability to communicate (negative) feedback
  • Good organizational skills, and knowledge of goal-setting practices
  • Examples of data visualization abilities and understanding of customer service metrics
  • Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve customer service quality.

  • Strong process orientation, must be logical and able to follow processes and adapt to changes
  • Experience in working with remote teams is preferred
Work Schedule and Patterns:
  • 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
  • 5 days a week (Saturday-Sunday off)
  • Shift timings: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST (9:00 am to 6:00 pm BST)
  • Office-based role
