D365 Crm Technical Job In Dxc Technology In Bengaluru / Bangalore, India

• Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE for 8-10 years required
• Ability to work with business users to identify needs and apply or propose appropriate technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Understand functional design and provide a technical architecture that will meet functional design
• Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties and customizations
• Architecting the CRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the business organizational process
• Advising business users on best practices for CRM, development, or integration processes
• Balance business users requests and requirements with technical constraints
• Understand the capabilities of the development team and schedule their work appropriately, providing support and assistance when needed
• Should have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model, UI development, Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365 and NET Core
• Ensure that there are complete unit tests for every component or task
• Review code and ensure it conforms to standards
• Help improve quality of existing code base
• Ensure project is complete according to written specifications.
  
  
• Ensure that code is scalable for high performance scenarios

• Dynamics CRM (D365, 2013, 2011 or 40 systems/core, external components and architecture), as well as other Microsoft solution offerings
• programming languages C#, ASPNET, DHTML, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, Silverlight and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 preferred
• Good understanding of CRM Functional Modules.
  
  
• Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports
• Development/Installation experience on an IFD environment is a plus
• Knowledge on PCF controls / Azure Functions / Automation / Deployment Pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Excellent English writing and verbal skills
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is Plus

• Knowledgeu00A0/ Development experience on Plugin, Workflow, JavaScript, C#, Deployment
• Knowledge on Power App (Portal, Canvas app)
• Knowledge on Data migration, Deployment, SSIS, SSRS, Reporting
• Knowledge on Test automation, Test script writing, unit testing
