Key Responsibilities in this role will include:

To support the customer and operations in achieving performance targets through the provision and development of high-quality and innovative IT solutions
To provide business analysis, process mapping, and solution design skills to support the team’s business development and opportunity scoping activity
Support Senior Management activity with anything they may need
Broad knowledge of operations within DHL both warehousing and transport as to utilise in assignments set by senior management
Key skills and experience in this role will include:

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a UK/EU resident in England for 3 years or more
Must have GCSE Mathematics/English Grade C or (4-9) or Level 1 functional skills in both – certificates of qualifications must be produced before any potential interviews.


No prior experience in Team leading or supervisory
Must not already hold the Apprenticeship or equal qualification
