About the role:As a member of the CoE Data Architecture and Initiatives Team, you will develop an impactful company-widedata architecturesupporting the domains in their data architecture development You will actively deliver a strategic impact on the implementation of the Swiss Redata strategy agenda to make better use of our data If you are an IT and data evangelist who enjoys creating a meaningful data architecture direction and would like to work with a variety of partners all over the globe, this role is for you! Your tasks include but are not limited to:

• Contribute to key strategic projects that impact Swiss Re's data and analyticsarchitecture
• Support the design and maintenance ofdata models and data standardsfordata objects usedacross Swiss Re
• Identify, prioritize and propose relevant data topics for our division of Group Data Services as well as for other Group functions
• Maintain an overall Swiss Re data architecture landscape highlighting the impact of strategic projects on data maturity
• Assess data architecture innovation topics such as data mesh or data fabric
• Foster oneness through facilitating a cross-domain data modellers and data architects community
• Liaise, align and partner with all relevant bodies, colleagues and SMEs as well as related functions

About the team:We are looking for a new DataArchitect to join our highly skilled global team You should have a passion for technology and enjoy translating strategy into architecture We are working as a small team with colleagues from various countries who have outstanding experience.

You will work closely with many business units and projects which will enable you to actively demonstrate your analytical, managerial and communications skills About you:

• Master study or PhD in computer science, engineering, natural sciences or comparable education/qualification
• Several years of working in developingEnterprise/Information Architecture or similar role with a deep understanding of dataarchitecture, datamodelling, master data management, metadata management, data warehousing, document management and related fields
• Deep understanding of the design and development of data architectures and data models
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand business conceptsand use cases
• Strong communication and consulting skills to drive solution finding and being able to explain even complex topics in a simple and understandable manner
• Ability to understand the value of data in the context of the business unit and understand the impacts of data on current and future business models
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
