4 Qualifications & Experience:- 

i) Graduate from a recognized University

ii) Applicant must have passed Punjabi or it s equivalent upto Matric level

iii) Possess at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer on Information Technology in Office productivity applications or Desktop Publishing Applications from Government recognized Institution or a reputed in Institution, which is ISO 9001 certified OR Possess a computer Information Technology Course Equivalent to O Level Certificate of Department of Electronics Accerditation of Computer Course (DOECACC) of Government of India

iv) Typing Punjabi & English with 30 words per minutes
