Candidates applying for the post of Data Entry Operator (DEO) shall have to first appear in the proficiency test in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and Tally which carry 50 marks of 1 1/2 hours duratioh On 04/12/2020 from 10.30 am onwards.

Rajiv Gandhi University (formerly Arunachal University) is the premier institution for higher education in the state of Arunachal Pradesh and has completed twenty five years of its existance. Late Smt. Indira Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India, laid the foundation stone of the university on 4th February 1984 at Rono Hills, where the present campus is located.
