• Define data requirements and comprehend data flows, establish data management standards
• Partner with Data team members and Projects and Change colleagues to deliver great data outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in managing data quality lifecycles, ideally within financial services
• Experience in implementing DQ framework/ Data governance activities/Data Risk and controls experience.
  
  
• Experience in data quality tools, including data profiling and cleansing, with Informatica Data Quality tool experience being a big positive
• Experience in data warehouse modelling techniques and knowledge of data dictionary and lineage tools such as Collibra

Role requirements

• Education Qualification: Bachelor's/master's in quantitative field
• 12-14 years of hands-on experience in implementing data requirements / data governance activities
• Experience in the BFSI domain and stakeholder management.
  
  
• Excellent communications skills - verbal and written
