About the RoleThe WCIS Reach team within the Business Analysis group is responsible for providing support to the Wholesale Customer Information System (WCIS) application business user community WCIS Reach team applies complex data analysis techniques and subject matter expertise to provide highest level of support to WCIS business users and ensures that their questions/inquiries are handled in a timely manner The team is dedicated to maintaining the data quality standards and also focusses on resolving data alignment and risk rating issues on legal entities in WCISWCIS Reach Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and responding to business issues/inquiries in order to uphold Wholesale customer data quality and compliance standards in WCIS Additionally, works under limited supervision to analyze and solve complex systems-related and/or customer issues interprets data and identifies trending issues to be escalated works with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements.
May support small projects requiring some coordination, and/or contribute to task forces or project teamsPrimary responsibilities : 1 Research and analysis of data conflicts, issues, and discrepancies2 Utilizes SQL, Data management and WCIS knowledge to resolve and respond to issues3 Follows department and risk guidelines and processes and procedures to resolve issues and inquiries4 Strong system support etiquette providing updates and following through until completion/resolution5 Coordinate with business and technical teams to get resolution on issues6 Understands audience and communicates effectivelyExperience & Educational Qualifications:Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Computer ScienceSkills & Experience Desired:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding/experience of data research and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Ability to manipulate data from non-normalized or disparate data sources

Preferred:5+ years of experience in Data analytics wherein the resource has worked in a financial setting and supported cross functional applications.
Resource should have experience with multi tasking and handling multiple issues in their daily work day Resource should be able to also have some knowledge of Agile methodology and should be able to document User Stories, as needed Technical Expertise:
- Good Knowledge & Experience in JIRA
- Advanced SQL skills
