Your role in our mission: Apply healthcare domain knowledge to understand the data from various source systems and align the data to platform's integration model Work with Business, Architects and System Analysts to fully understand the business requirements and translate them into Conceptual, Logical and Physical models Deliver high quality normalized and/or star schema models that will address strategic vision and goals of the platform Should interact with business stakeholders, gathered requirements, and translated that into data models Partner with development and QA teams to communicate the business rules, data models and ensure test cases target the quality and integrity of the data model Participate in regular model reviews, provide constructive feedback that will lead to higher quality models Maintain superior quality metadata across all models Assists in providing time estimates for project-related tasks What we are looking for: At least 8 years of Data Modelling experience, with minimum of 4 years in US healthcare.

Should have very good understanding of either Payer or Provider side Should have very good experience in data modelling tools like ERWIN, ER Studio etc Should have experience in Conceptual Model, Logical Model, Physical Model Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, business administration, information systems, or related field Excellent Analytical ability and business acumen to collect multiple sources of data and draw conclusions HL7 / FHIR hands on exposure Someone who takes ownership of the work assigned and believes that quality is result of intelligent effort Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members Presentation skills to present to management and customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Data Modeler Designs, Implements, And Documents Data Architecture And Data Modelling Solutions, Which Include The Use Of Relational, Dimensional, And Nosql Databases.
