Responsibilities: Experience in working on a variety of processes that will manipulate very large amounts of data Experience with non-relational database technologies as well Expert level in MySQL Server programming Proficiency coding in UNIX shell and SQL, and at least one procedural language such as Python Ruby, Java, Perl, C++ Intermediate level in MySQL Services and Administration Intermediate level in Data Modelling and Data ArchitecturesEducation and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field 2+ years of experience as a DBA, Database Engineer, developer, or similar role is required 2 + Years of development with NoSQL/Big Data frameworks like Elasticsearch or MongoDB Strong analytical and reasoning skills Familiarity with Amazon Web Services such as RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, IAM, EC2, S3, CLI, SDK or equivalent cloud services
