OverviewPepsiCo's Global Business Services (GBS) organization has been established to provide efficient and effective services to PepsiCo' businesses globally, for all sectors, with a great user experience To enable this purpose, GBS is looking for a Change Manager with deep change expertise and proven experienced in leading large and complex end-to-end transformational projects This role will work with key senior stakeholders focused on developing, managing, and executing transformational activities Responsibilities
  • Support GBS Strategic Agenda by:
    • Leveraging established Change Management methodologies and tools to drive the GBS strategic agenda supporting implementation, execution, and adoption of new ways of working
    • Partnering with the GBS Communication & PMO teams to oversee their strategies while coordinating with key stakeholders to execute them appropriately.

    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
    • Influencing senior stakeholders across the organization to achieve the GBS strategic agenda
  • Support Global Functions and Sector with their GBS journey by:
    • Leading the Change Management effort for global functional teams including building the change strategy and managing change related project plans
    • Managing all necessary change management deliverables, including but not limited to: Stakeholder Mapping, Change Plans, Leadership Alignment, Change Impact Assessment, Change Communications, Training, Change Agent Network and Value Realization, among others
    • Developing the strategy to engage and successfully maintain strong relationships with global and functional leadership teams
    • Ensure Change Management approaches are deployed, risks and issues are managed and mitigated, and an approach post-implementation with a continuous improvement mindset is embedded
    • Drive, monitor and manage change workstream delivery - ensuring key milestones are met on time and on budget and managing related interdependencies across workstreams within the project.

  • Support GBS Change Management Strategic Agenda by:
    • Successfully translating theoretical approaches, past experiences and business needs into practical plans and manage / ensure the successful end to end delivery
    • Working with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding and ensure leaders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams
    • Building change capability across GBS, providing Change Management training to functional teams and key stakeholders who are unfamiliar with the Change Management principles, framework and tools
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably MA/MS in Org Development and Leadership or another related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR/OMD industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation
  • Relevant experience leading diverse teams and influencing stakeholders 'without authority'
  • Proven exceptional storytelling and/or presentation skills
  • Be fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
  • Strong consultative and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work through organizational complexity
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prosci/ ACMP Certified
