• Lead, motivate and manage a team of exceptional privacy analysts and specialists
• Privacy demand management,
• Responsible for our Privacy by Design and Assurance
• Own and manage Subject Access Requests
• Incident Management,
• Manage the Supplier Compliance processes
• Conducting re-assessments of high and medium risk personal data processing activities
• Own Records management and Quality Assurance,
• Involvement in regular Policy Compliance Reviews and Reporting
• Fosteringa privacyculture
• Advising on external and internal data protection terms
• Developing and embeddingprivacy notices, cookie noticestemplates, advice,guidanceand processes

• 3- 5+ years' experience in privacy and or legal
• Experience in managing DPIAs, DSAR, ROPA
• Experience in negotiating contracts and data protection clauses
• Knowledge of compliance management standards, tools, methodologies and best practices.
