Deputy Manager Gtm Mobility Marketplace Job In Robert Bosch In India

• Scope of Work:
• Drive Growth of Revenues and GMV on Mobility Marketplace (wwwmobilitymarketplaceio)
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing for identifying and acquiring business opportunities across Mobility domains
• Support the wider GTM team in identifying market opportunities, forging partnerships and collaborations, acquiring business in allied domains and developing and scaling new business models
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Drive the planning and strategy for developing business and achieving revenue and GMV growth targets for Mobility Marketplace
• Extensive market research to identify opportunities for growth in various segments as well as identify potential allied and adjacent markets for Marketplace services
• Identify key challenges in different product areas and propose measures to the product leadership team for necessary improvements
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to achieve the assigned sales targets - establish and optimise sales funnel for on-boarding, activation and expansion
• Work with Partnership & Alliances teams to identify, cultivate and implement partnerships and collaborations with relevant stakeholders
• Support GTM leadership team in revenue reporting, forecasting, business planning and management discussions with transparent visibility on the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team for Digital and Social Media marketing including but not limited to - Website content, Newsletters, Member's Content, Blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, Print and TV Media Reportage etc
• Work collaboratively across diverse functions including but not limited to Engineering, Marketing and Product
• Be pro-active and identify suitable opportunities for Mobility Marketplace through networking and participation in seminars, workshops, expositions and other forums
• Travel requirements: Up to 30% of the time as per business needs

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering MBA would be an added advantage
• 5 to 6 years overall experience of which minimum of 2 to 3 years in area of growth and sales in marketplace businesses /digital platforms/ e-commerce platforms
• Proven ability of working with cross-functional teams, problem solving and working in a challenging result-oriented environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills ability to use data and metrics to back-up assumptions and recommendations, ability to use data & insights in business presentations
• Knowledge and experience in using marketing analytics and CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, Google Analytics or similar
