Report agreed KPI / SLA to customers on monthly basis, and Review contracts to ensure it is update to date with respect to scope of work, WL/WF and KPI

• Quality Planning activities as specified below

• PDCA and customer expectation to be incorporated in the audit program
• Sample audit program
• Meeting Quality KPI
• Quality Assurance & Control (20%)
• Knowledge Management
• Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
• Training Plan & Assessment
• RCA CAPA framework
• Effectiveness reporting
• Tracking & Reporting - Quality KPIs
• Cost of quality
