Roles & Responsibilities To coordinate well between plant and customer to win business and achieve growth targets Follow up for RFQ and convert them to business.

Engages in superior customer service by making information readily availableShould analyze the market and customer profile and be ready with product knowledge to support customers Analyze and evaluate competitor activity, technical advancement, and market potential to sustain/ improve market share Demonstrate superior time management skills and keep commitments Develop short-and long-range market forecasts.

Maintain contact with management, the customer's purchasing, engineering, production control departments and get feedback pertaining to competitor Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedureTake lead in organizing tech shows, participation in trade fairs etc.

Establishing contacts with global teams (internal / customer) and maintaining business relationshipLead MIS projects for ETTS plantsExperience

• 6-9 years of experience in Sales function

Industry Preferred

• Automotive OEM / Powertrain components supplier

Qualification

• BE / BTech (EEE / ECE / Mechanical / Automobile)

Desirable - MBA sales and marketingEssentials

• SAP ERP,
• Running customer portals
• Knowledge of Quality improvement tools.

• Knowledge of Ms-office
