Key Responsibilities Manage IT Assets allocation, Reporting, Tracking and co-ordination with end users Adhere to SEZ compliance in movement of IT Assets and Invoices Maintain IT Assets Data Quality in SNOW Receiving and Assetization of new assets Physical validation and disposal of IT Assets.
Provide resolution to hardware and application software related issues and escalations Ensure Service Level Agreements are met and maintained Demonstrates a high level of commitment to client service support to the customers Business aware and Client focused Communicator excellent written and verbal skills, good attention to detail Need for flexibility towards working hours during busy periods.
Able to re-prioritize and organize effectively Experience and Qualifications Required IT experience, with proven technical support experience in IT Asset Management and Desktop Support Good knowledge and experience of desktop environments and troubleshooting Windows 10, MAC OS related issues Good understanding on infra technologies like SCCM, MS Intune, Citrix Xen-desktop and Office 365 Proficient in troubleshooting Internet, Intranet, VPN (Virtual Private network), MS Outlook and other Office utilities Good knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN/LAN and voice / network architectures Knowledge of Avaya IP Telephony, Polycom Video conferencing devices and Zoom administration.
Graduate Caliber Industry Recognized Qualifications MCP, MCSE, and CCNA would be an advantage ITL certified (Desirable) with a knowledge of structured change management Able to work under pressure and on tight deadlines Analytical and problem-solving skills Flexible team player, comfortable in a multi-national environment.
