Microsoft Windows maintenance, dual booting, updating antivirus, updating windows MS outlook configuration, backup, restore and troubleshooting Disk Management, Partitions, Folder sharing, Access Permission Basic networking, Configuration of TCP/IP setting, Remote desktop and remote assistance Cabling and LAN troubleshooting Installing and configuring windows server Active directory DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), DNS (Domain Name Service).
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot win7, win8 and Microsoft office 2003, 2007, 2013 and authorized desktop applications AnyNetworking profile Routing and Switching hands on Experience (basic commands, Backup, etc) Knowledge about Routing protocols - BGP, OSPF, EIGRP Attributes for Router protocol BGP commands, show Commands Service provider (ISP) Coordination Monitoring tool Knowledge Knowledge on various models and types of router Stack switch concept Basic knowledge of IPSec , Tunneling, QOS Configuration and Troubleshooting on router Knowledge on L2 and L3 switch Knowledge on VLAN SNMP port (161, 162) Active and passive interface in OSPF LSA type of routers VTP mode (Vlan Trunking protocol)
